Macuahuitl

("mācuahuitl") used by warriors from Mesoamerican civilizations such as Aztec, Maya, Mixtec and Toltec. This weapon was a wooden club with several embedded obsidian blades. The name is derived from the Nahuatl language meaning "hand-wood". The macuahuitl was a standard close combat weapon.
This piece has a tarnished look with slight polished details on the front and rough-finish back.

**Please note that the silver chain in the pictures is NOT included, this piece comes with a 18 inch cord necklace.**

Very well made

The pendant is very well made from solid Sterling Silver, it has a nice weight to it and it is very detailed.
I purchased it for myself and I get a lot of compliments.
I highly recommend this beautifully crafted pendant.
